A Typical Day at Work

On a typical day of work, we open the stores at 8:00 in the morning.  Braden only works at Cariloha and I only work at Del Sol.  Each morning we leave our house at 7:52 so we can bike to work and get there right before 8.  Right now we are in the slow season with cruise ships coming in.  Slow season is between May and October where we have 30 cruise ships coming in a month, where usually we have 72 a month.
At Del Sol I show our customers that all our products change color in the sun, isn't it super cool!?!

Recently Del Sol and Disney have partnered up to sell color changing Disney products.  Like the pretty princess tiara I am wearing.

Over at Cariloha, Braden shows people how CRAZY soft all of the Bamboo products are, especially the sheets.  Everything at Cariloha is made from Bamboo.

When people first come into Cariloha, they have to yell.. CARILOHA! and when they do, they receive a free bamboo necklace.

After work we bike back home

Then we make a yummy dinner that we have to eat on our couch because we don't have a table and chairs.

If we don't have any fun plans for the evening, we usually go use the internet at an internet cafe or take our beach chairs and sit in the parking lot of a Chiropractors office and use their wifi.  And, we aren't in jackets and long pants cause its cold outside ( its so blazing hot!) its cause of the mosquitoes  Don't worry, we got permission to use the internet at the Chiropractors office cause he is in our Branch Presidency, Thanks Mel.

Then nighty night to do this all over again the next day.  Luckily our stores are closed every Sunday so we get to enjoy that day off and go to church.  And then we have another day off during the week to soak up some rays and play on the beach!
